    NorCap awards merit-based scholarships to undergraduate students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to future US-China engagement as part of the NorCap Scholars program. Applicants are required to submit an essay, two references, and transcript. Please see www.norcapchinainternships.com/scholarships for more information.
